DESCRIPTION:
Automatic high speed triple head container filling machine for filling paste and ointment such as balm, ointment, wax polish, paste, jam, sauce, adhesives, gum and any other kind of semi liquid in bottles or plastic containers etc.

OPERATIONS:
Containers are to be loaded on the turn table and the turn table they are carried to the filling station where three containers are filled at a time, There is a process switch that stops the machine when there is no containers for filing in the gangway of the conveyor, after the filling of the containers they move forward towards the other end of the conveyor where they are collected for further operations.

FILLING RANGE:
5 gms to 50 gms in one syringe.
50 gms to 100 gms in one syringe.
100 gms to 150 gms in one syringe.
