Description : The machine is sturdy, compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with SS filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. No tube no fill process switch.
SS plain hopper for of 25 kgs. Capacity. There are volume track for setting fine volume adjustment and accuracy. (Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.)
The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminium brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. (Interchangable hot air blowing nozzles for different tubes provided optional).
The sealing of the tubes is done pneumatically, there are metal jaws for sealing the tubes. the trimmer is also pnuematically operated for trimming the access portion of the sealed tubes. (Batch coding provided in the sealing station, one set types provided with basic machine).
The tubes are automatically ejected. The machine is covered with SS 304 Q steel. The contact parts if required can be provided in SS 316 Q.

Electrical Equipments :
1 HP motor, 1440 rpm, Hindustan make, 30:1 ratio gear box Elecon make. Complete panel with circuit breakers.

The Function of Twelve Stations :
The 1st & 2nd station are for feeding, the 3rd station is for (orientation not provided with the basis machine), 5th station is for filling, 7th station is for hot air blowing, 8th station is for sealing, 10th station is for trimming the sealed tubes, and the 12th station is for automatic ejection. (Stations not mentioned are left free)

Speed : 30 to 35 tubes per minute.
