"Pharma Chem Machineries" has designed the printer for long run at high speed & easy handling. One operator can operate several machines. The entire operation of printing is automatic. The feed disk and the printing rollers is available in various sizes to obtain the highest efficient production.

This printing machine is suitable for printing any shape & sizes of tablets & capsules, such as round, oval, triangular, square, etc.

Operation : The operation is completely automatic, after the basic setup. The operator has to only replenish tablets or capsules and the ink reservoirs whenever required. The machine automatically feeds, positions, prints & ejects the said capsules or tablets. The operations are controlled by the electrical switches provided.

Changing over : Feed disc and gravure rolls need to be changed to suit the shape and size of the product. Feed disc can be ordered with different numbers and sizes of pocket and can be interchanged in 5 minutes. Gravure rolls can also be ordered with any imprint and these arematched with the pocket spacing on the feed disc. Roll changing requires just one minute.
