The machine consist of M.S. Stand, motor, gearbox,
S.S. hopper, S.S. syringe and block with rotating pistion. Volume
adjusting trakcs to fix the grammage, tail cutting attachment to
prevent tailing the machine duly S.S. covered.
Filling Range : 25 gms. to 1000 gms. Speed : 50 gms. to 70 gms., 30 to 40 containers per min. 70 gms. to 250 gms., 25 to 30 containers per min. 250 gms. to 500 gms., 20 to 25 containers per min. 500 gms. to 1000 gms., 15 to 20 containers per min. Suitable for filling ointment, grease, pain balm, rubber adhesive, shoe polish, fevicol, jam, toothpaste, paint, etc. |
