The PCM-2 High Speed Automatic Capsule Machine
is designed for faster production, accurate filling and less maintenance
and cut in labour intensive.
The rectification of capsules (cap up and body down style) has been very much improved. The filling section in the machine has a variable auger and filling tables speeds to enable accurate and quality filling. The locking of capsules is done much faster by the new enclosed below deck closure mechanism. The loading and the filling table have an automatic stopping system after completing a rotation of 360 degree revolution. Automatic positioning and return of the powder hopper. |
